Description

 
  • Full handling of accounting tasks such as invoice processing, receipts.
  • Following up with client accounts teams for payment.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
  • Serve as a responsible point of contact for the CEO, screening and managing communication.
  • Draft and edit emails, letters, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with senior leaders in the education space, representing the CEO when necessary.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Prioritize and coordinate appointments, ensuring optimal use of the CEO's time.
  • Document Preparation and Management:
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Organize and maintain files, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings, including arranging agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Ensure necessary materials and information are prepared for meetings in advance.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
